The startup offers a new express way to prepare homemade ice cream without traditional laboratory.
Mashcream offers a new customer experience and a real opportunity of point of sale animation, a market need in impulse channel. The ingredients chosen by the customer customize an ice cream totally esclusive created on a chilled plate in front of their eyes.
So Mashcream is not just an ice cream, but a real experience that involves the customer starting from the show of the phase of preparation.
The startup bring a process innovation in a traditional industry and a mainstream product like that of ice cream, thanks to a chilled plate to create an “emotional” ice cream that meets new trends: natural and healthy food, gluten free, organic, halal and vegan too.
Mashcream express production is on demand, using an ice cream base not in powder but liquid and pastorized for an high quality ice cream taste.
The consumption of ice cream changes in a “green” format, particularly attentive to the reduction of food wastage.
In April 2018 we opened the concept store “Gelati Bizzarri” in Senigallia (An), the first and the smallest ice cream shop without traditional laboratory, with express production of ice cream, yogurt and shakes, all without using semi-finished powder products.
