B2Book is a B2B Vacation Rentals platform – airbnb like marketplace for travel professionals only – between tourist accommodation owners or managers (Seller) and travel agencies, tour operators, Online Travel Agents (OTA) and GDS (Buyer).

The platform was born with the aim of filling the gap that was created due to the B2C product distribution concentration of the holiday home product in the hands of large global OTAs.

This concentration has in fact excluded the professional operators (Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Online Travel Agents OTAs) from the distribution process of the Vacation Rentals product, which is now only available with uncompetitive commissions compared to the hotel product.

B2Book.net mission is to let become equal “hotel” and “vacation rental” products in the global distribution , enabling the promotion of facilities even on circuits up to now used exclusively for hotel bookings.

The professional operator Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, OTA and GDS (Buyer) will be able to access the global Vacation Rentals product at the best market commissions.

Through B2Book.net, tourist accommodation can be promoted on innumerable new portals and countless new players (like also Airlines Companies), many of which can rely on a much larger user pool than a simple OTA sector.

The increase in the number of channels reserved for tourist accommodation will have positive effects for the whole sector, both for the ‘Sellers’, which will find new distribution opportunities, as well as ‘Buyers’ that will finally have access to Vacation Rentals market considered one of the the fastest growing markets into global Travel industry.
