Sergio Gonella is Director of Culture, People Development & Recruiting at Wind Tre, the telco operator resulting from the €6BN merger between Wind and H3G.
His focus here has been on leading strategies to engage, mobilise, integrate and develop people to support the new strategic and cultural framework and enable the broad transformation journey of the Company.
In 2016 he had a leading role in planning the merger, working side-by-side with shareholders to address all HR aspects. At H3G since 2005, he had an HR Executive responsibility over Organization, Compensation, Learning, Development, Recruiting, Employer Branding and Internal Communication to foster and support growth and innovation strategies.
Sergio spent the first part of his career in management consulting, leading a number of strategic projects and growing step-by-step up to becoming Principal at A.T. Kearney, where he focused mainly on High Tech, Telecoms and Media.He has an honors degree at Bocconi and an MBA at INSEAD. He is Board Member of the INSEAD Alumni Association and Ambassador of the INSEAD Alumni Fund for Italy.
